About Haven Lane Ministries
ABOUT HLM: Meeting in the backyard of Dave and Debbie King, it became apparent to many of the attendees that this group of people was evolving into something bigger. This small group of like-minded believers began to grow. The next step was to formally become a "church."
HLM began some traditions, that despite having to move several times, we want to continue - mainly, eating lunch together after every Sunday service. We value each and every person and building relationship with one another is extremely important. As such, we invite everyone to stay and have lunch together.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
- We believe that our Eternal God exists as the One True God in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
- We believe that the Holy Spirit inspired the Bible as our final, absolute authority, the only infallible rule of faith and practice.
- We believe that mankind fell from grace, but God sent His son Jesus into the world, and through His sacrificial death on the cross and resurrection from the dead, offers to humanity redemption for their sins.
- We believe in a literal heaven, the destination of all those who have received salvation through the redemptive blood of Jesus and believe on His name. We also believe there is a literal hell, the destination of the devil and his forces, and of those who refuse the sacrifice of Jesus, preferring darkness to light.
- We believe in the filling and empowerment of the Holy Spirit, and believe in the exercise of the biblical gifts of the Spirit.
- We believe that Godās kingdom has come in the ministry of Jesus, and it continues to come in the ministry of the Spirit through the Church. We believe in the āSecond Comingā, when Jesus Christ will return and reign as everlasting King.
